Bookings & quotes

All quotes are valid for the period stated on the document. A booking is confirmed when a deposit is paid and both parties agree on date, menu, and guest count.

Payments

Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel. Final payment terms will be stated on your invoice. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on how close the event date is. Full details are provided with your quote.

Liability

We maintain high food-safety standards. Guests with allergies must inform us in writing before the event so we can advise on menu options.
